Licence
Cartero and Perla CIS are proprietary software. Hostinext OÜ holds all rights of creation, distribution and commercialisation over the application, the server and the portal, as well as over their trademarks, icons and texts. The user is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence limited to the devices registered in their Perla CIS account.
Without written permission from Hostinext OÜ it is forbidden to: copy, modify, decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the application or the protocol; redistribute, rent or sublicense it; or use it to reach servers other than the authorised ones. Infringement of these rights may be pursued under the applicable intellectual and industrial property law (Estonia and the European Union).
